where do I find / change email templates for Jira Software?

Is not possible to change this nativaly for Jira Software, only customers notifications can be edited. For default notifications you need to instal an app in your site to make this:

If you want to do this on a per project basis, you can use a third party like our app Notification Assistant for Jira.
