My senior PO has asked other PO'S to rank thier epics within thier teams he now needs a ranked view of all thier epics how do I show this in Jira?

You can use the Advanced Issue Search screen to retrieve the issues and order them by Rank:
type=Epic order by Rank desc
You would need to include the other criteria that designates the team to whom the Epics belong.
That will give you a ranked list of Epics for the team.
