ROI tracking in Tempo for projects in Jira- What apps do you use?

We would like to track Hard/Soft Savings for our projects. Any suggestions on apps that can achieve this?

So we are a lean manufacturing company and for things such as parts no longer being used for a project we want to track that as a hard savings.  Does this may sense? Or if we adjust our process to save re-work time, we capture that as soft savings.
