REST API Not Working

Hey Guys,

We have just installed a new version of Jira Server 7.13, however the API seems to not be enabled by default, even though your documentation says that the API is enabled by default.

When we tray to access we get the following error:

<status><status-code>404</status-code><message>null for uri: </message></status>

Are you able to give us a reason as to why this would not be working?
