sub: Request for your help to credit my coins in my pi wallet.

In my pi mining  app my KYC is completed is showing.( 9 Points) but in pi browser KYC is showing tentitive approval.  

in my pi wallet  after migration lock in period ( dt.14-12-2025) coins is not credit, showing failed.  

in my pi mining app profile mail id verification is showing update/secure.  after got otp system is asking selfie, which had given , but no. of times it is showing after 24 hours. 

please advise me how to resolve the above issues.   awaiting for your reply for further proceeds.
