Hello community,
I'd like to create a quick filter in the board that wraps all the issue types (User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, etc.) in a dropdown shape, instead of having a button for each filter.
I know Jira automatically creates a dropdown with all the quick filters, but I don't want to merge my other quick filters with these issue-type-based filters.
Is that possible to make?
Thanks
Short answer: that is not possible
Longer answer:
My understanding is when you have several quick filters which would be wider than the view, Jira automagically switches to the drop-down list. There is nothing built-in to allow you to select a grouping of quick filters for the drop-down.
There is a suggestion which seems related to this idea: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-8095
Kind regards,
Bill
