We have created a new project using the Bug Tracking template. I want to customize the filters on the left-side menu when we are on the 'Issues' view. I have tried exploring the project settings but could not find a way to do that. Is that something we can do?
Hi @kpanjwani ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Those are your favourite filters. Please manage your settings at your convenience https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/save-your-search-as-a-filter/
Hope this helps,
Fabio
When creating filters for everyone to use, remember to set their visibility to the right group :) {I was struggling with remembering this in the beggining a lot ;) ]

Thank you for the responses. I created a new filter and have set its visibility to My Organization. Since I created it, it is already starred/favorite for me, but it still is not showing as an option. I think these are pre-set filters for bug-tracking projects. I was hoping to customize these. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing.

AFAIK you can't add a filter in this panel.
If you want others to see the filters you created and use them you can either send them a link or create a dashboard with visibility for the whole organizations and put filters there using gadgets :)
