Hi all,
We can’t create Jira issue from the Kanban.
When we try, we get a mandatory field required error message.
On the old server, the jira screen popup appears to let you fill in the missing informations, but not in the new jira.
This seems to be related to a plugin causing the screen not showing up.
Jira Software Application - 8.13.24 - running on DC
2 different kinds of errors depending on what issue type and in which section. Both kinds of errors attached.
Do you have a recommendation on how to identify the plugin / workaround solution ?

It seems there is an issue and this could be related to one of your app. The app could be Colapsable column or Power Boards for Jira. Try disabling the app, clear the cache and try again.

Are you saying that, when you click the 'Create issue' button on the Kanban board, the 'Create screen doesn't come up? If it does come up, maybe you need to click on the 'Configure Fields' button in the upper right-hand corner and select 'All Fields' to make sure that all of the fields are visible on the screen?
