I have created a Jira board - company managed- using the data import function for moving the information from Trello.
I have tried customizing Jira with some basic features, such as being able to change the color of the cards for example, or creating a Scrum Board. I am not able to do such thing for some reason.
Has anybody else experienced this same issue? How did you fix it?
