Question is about "Download as CSV" option available on JIRA. Why am I getting one column per label

I use a specific filter and get a collection of JIRAs. When I download all fields as a CSV file, I notice that some fields are spread across multiple columns.

For example, if I get a collection of 3 JIRAs when I apply a certain filter. Suppose the first JIRA has 2 labels and the second and third JIRA has 3  labels each, when I download as CSV, I get three columns for the label field.

Is there a way to turn some knobs in JIRA admin settings that will result in a single column for the label field (where labels are separated by a space delimiter) when I download all fileds as CSV file?

There are not. You may be able to accomplish this using a third party app.
