I got message about "The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down".
Question - may that affect how filters work? Because I tried search on another computer and got this error and my filters doesn't work at all.
@Jekaterina - You mention you are using Jira Cloud. Usually this message shows up if you are on Jira Server or Data Center.
That's more of a general message so it could affect anything. Whether it's search or viewing a ticket.
If you are indeed on Cloud, I would contact Atlassian support. If you are on Server, I would check with the system admin and have the logs check to investigate the root cause of this message.
