Query when text contains *

In Confluence I wan´t to list some Jira-tickets. The query should look at the text in the Jira-tickets and only list the tickets containing the text. My problem is that we are calling an element "*-enhet" and this is what I need to search. But I found out that it is not possible to search for *. Is there any way to solve this?
