Query on how to create a dashboard which uses more than one fields of Issue

Any pointers on how to create a dashboard using more than one issue fields.

Current : Added a widget to show pie chart of all issue status.

Query- How to get the above chart to depict   issue status , per each Reporter or department over last 3 months . ie. can i write a jql and create a dashboard out of it?

Can I clarify...

1. Is it one pie per reporter or...
2. One pie with multiple reporters, plus their statues?

(1) is possible to do - you need to:

• Create a filter per Reporter and/or Department
• Create multiple pie charts, setting each one to each relevant filter

(2) isn't possible natively, but an App might be able to do this. Check out some charting Apps you could try here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=charts
