Pull-request links missing on Tickets

Recent updates appear to have removed the development links including the often use pull request links.

Have they moved somewhere else?

How might we restore them to the ticket view?

I was told someone on our team was able to resolve by reconnecting and authorize the individual projects with the repositories.
