Proxy Error on Bulk Change on Issues in Service Desk

My goal: Hide specific Issue Types without deleting all the issues. I need to hide these issue types so users can't create new tickets using them.

Option I am trying: I created a new project and new issue types, went to search, selected only one of the issue type, tools, than selected bulk change, all issues (was over 500). Selected all issues, than selected the Move Issues under Choose Operation, moved it to the new project and the new issue name I created, selected next and got the Proxy Error below. 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /secure/views/bulkedit/BulkMigrateChooseContext.jspa.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

@Inna Timofeyeva sounds like the proxy is possibly timing out.  I would suggest increasing the proxy connection timeout.
