×We have a user of ours that cannot see an specific Project she has been added to, we troubleshoot in case of Network/ Memory issues but still the same, we can remove the user and add her again, but she is worried if this will affect the tickets she have there, can you advise?

What does the user see when they attempt to view the project? Is there an error message?
What did you do to add the users to the project?
Is the project a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? Is it a Software, Service, or Work Management project?
