Project import via gui failes with names[0] should not be empty!

Hello, I am trying to import project to jira from another system. And for now when I am trying to import simple json, it's failed with names[0] should not be empty!. The detail logs tells the same.

Actually, a previous json that was successully imported, for now is failed with the same error. 

I got that error when I setup customFieldValues.fieldName = "". But for now it isn't..

I am using cloud jira version and follow that format.

Maybe one of the fields were changed.. So, could you please help me to understand what's wrong?

The problem is solved, There were empty name into jira settings -> Issues -> Custom fields. Just remove it.

I don't why and how, because importer not allowed that case....
