Hey,
I have a project where tickets are missing, when I go into this project, there are no tickets, but when I search for the tickets, I can still find them and everything that is associated with them can somebody tell me what the problem here is? Other projects don’t seem to have this problem. I also didn’t change anything. All the projects are configured the same.
also when i am in said ticket i can see that it is in the right project but as soon as i click on "List" it is empty. I created a test ticket wich appears directly.
hey, @G subramanyam
where do i find this setting?
i don´t see it anywhere

Hi @Noah Scheffczyk welcome to Atlassian community.
Please be informed that, this is a classic symptom in Jira that points to an issue with the Board or List View Filter for that specific project. The most likely cause is a Quick Filter or a Board/List Filter being accidentally applied or misconfigured in the affected project.
This documentation-'resolving Missing Jira Issues in Boards and Reports, covers general troubleshooting for missing issues on boards and lists, which all point to filter or configuration issues.
