Project doesn't appear to project list view

Hey

I've created a new project (x-project) (and i'm jira admin too), added project roles (admin, dev, user) , also added myself to all the roles. Problem is that when I exit administration enviroment and try to create new issue for this x-project, I can't find it from the project list at all.

(I noticed that if i added myself to y-project, that project appears to project list when wanted to create a new issue.)

What could be the problem, any ideas? :)

Please look at permission scheme. The problem could be there...
