Project Notification screen is empy after associating "Nothing" as scheme

Hi,

I was disabling the notifications of all projecst as I am configuring Jira for the first time so I entered in every project an in "Project Configuration -> Notifications" I associated them to "Nothing" as scheme.

After pressing the "Associate" button, the notfication screen went blank ever since and now I am unable to set a notification schema back.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Welcome to the community.

I see the same results when I try this in my instance.

Looking for other posts discussing the same problem I see that to get the issue resolved the authors had to contact Atlassian support directly through a support case.

And in the future, if you want to remove all notifications, create a new Notification Scheme that has no notifications defined and associate that to the project instead.

Hi Trudy, thanks a lot for your quick answer. I just raised a tkt to support. Hopefully they'll fix the issue.

And thanks for the recommendation! I'm quite new and still learning.

Workaround

1. Find the Project Id for the affected project
2. modify the below URL with the proper instance name and Project ID:
