Project Members Suddenly Disappeared from the People Page, but Rovo Can Still See Them

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a strange issue in Jira.

I had already added several users to my project, and everything was working correctly. However, when I checked the Project Settings → People page today, the users were no longer visible.

What's interesting is that Rovo can still see and reference these users, which makes me think the users still exist in the project and this might be a UI issue or a temporary synchronization problem.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

• The users were added successfully before.

• They have now disappeared from the People page.

• Rovo is still able to see the users.

• Could this be a temporary Jira/Atlassian issue, or is there another possible cause?

Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the status page, but I couldn't find an incident related to this issue. Could you please point me to the specific incident or share the link? I might be missing it.

According to Statuspage, everything is operational - which, in my opinion, isn't true!
