Project Import is not visible

On the restoring a project from backup page, it says go to project import but in our cloud even I have the site admin permission it is not visible.

The document you are referencing is about restoring projects on Jira Server or Data Center, not on Jira Cloud.

Where did you get the backup of the project?

Are you trying to move a project from server to Cloud?

Please provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish.
