Project I used once is my default project when creating issues, insead of project I use all the time

We have several projects, one I use all the time and create 99.9% of my issues on. The other one, I occasionaly use to create an issue. For a reason I ignore, that minor project is selected by default all the time when I create a new issue. It is also the sole project appearing in the "Recent projects" dashboard, and I have no idea why. 

I set the good project as my favorite, but it doesn't change anything. How can I fix this ?
