Project Configuration Question when Migrating from Server to Cloud

We have been using JIRA for quite some time. Many of our projects use the "shared configuration" that we have been using for most of our projects.  We have only a few projects that are specifically created as "Scrum". How will these migrate over through the migration assistant? Or what project option is best to use Scrum or Kanban or Bug tracking? We track far more than bugs and development tasks in our projects. We track risks, decisions, meetings, goals, causal analysis, etc.,

• How will these migrate over through the migration assistant:
  • These will get migrated as it is. The migration assistant acts like a Lift and shift, apart from a few things, you can use the Free Trial to evaluate the movement : https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/cloud-migration-trial
• What project option is best to use Scrum or Kanban or Bug tracking
  • This is entirely up to you and your use case, based on how your PM's or Scrum masters want to track their projects you can chose either Project template. https://www.atlassian.com/agile/kanban/kanban-vs-scrum
