Project İmport Error

I get an error when I try to Project import new server.

Errors

There was a problem parsing the backup XML file at c:\project.zip No 'issue' field for customFieldValue "11943"

How Can I Solution this problem ?

Sounds like there's something corrupted in your source data.  To perform the import, I would be tempted to "fix" the data - go find the id for an issue (the numeric 12220 like number rather than the ABC-123 key), then edit the xml in the export, adding the id you find to the line where the customfieldvalue for id 11943 is missing it.
