What is the best way to track progress of a project using JIRA tickets that feed to Confluence in a dashboard?
I would like to be able to track man hours per project, so I can tie the hours to a budget, and track progress of the project in one location that incorporates about 75 people working on 2-4 projects in a given month. Projects range between 2-6 months each. So in any given day an employee may work on 3 projects splitting his 8 hours between three different projects.
I have tried the road map but I could not get the JIRA tickets to link to the Road map in Confluence. And the road map does not allow enough detail to track multiple hours divided between one person on multiple projects.
Is there a better solution in JIRA?
Any help is appreciated, my Boss expects me to brief the company in just over a week on how to track project progress and hours worked in a easy way.
