I have created a Program Board and Increment Roadmap and mapped 3 Scrum Boards in it.
However , I am unable to see sprints/issues of that boards in this newly created Board and Roadmap.
How do I fix this ?

Your Program Board and Increment Road map are also agile boards? If yes, make sure that their filter behind cummulates the filters of the 3 scrum boards.
