Product license upgrade

I've tried to upgrade our Jira and Agile license from10 users package to 15 users package. On the https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/upgradesite, it's unable to start the upgrade process by selecting the suitable package, because only a "Manage your OnDemand subscription »" appears in the "upgrade user tier" column.

How / Where can I select the right license and start the upgrade?

For OnDemand, you don't need to "upgrade" - that's for downloaded versions. You need to increase the number of users in your OnDemand instance by requesting more from your OnDemand account.

And how much will be more expensive the service for 15 users, than 10 users? Where can I check the annual or monthly fee before I start to add the new users?
