Product Discovery Project: Create Button [Save an Idea form] Not Saving a Column Choice

I am using the Product Discovery template.

I setup the Create button to use the All Ideas view in settings. A part of the All Ideas view is a Category column with a few choices. When I go to fill out the "Create an Idea" form that pops up when you click on the Create button, I fill out several fields including the Category. But, when I click on Create button, in the form to save, every columns data that I filled out saves except the Category column. Why is it doing that?
