Problems with the portal settings.
I'm having issues with permissions. Even though I have the maximum permission to edit the contents of my projects, the system says that I don't have the permissions. How should I proceed?
I'm forwarding two examples of what I would need to have access to and I'm not have.

@Suporte scadaHUB Looks like you have at least Jira Admin but maybe not Project Admin in this project.
To fix this you can follow these steps since you can view the project admin settings.
Step 1: scroll down and go to the "Permissions" option.
Step 2: Then see what roles/groups/people have administrator rights and view rights.
In the example below anyone in that role on the "People" tab and anyone in the user group ITHELP: Agents and addons have access to Admin.
Step 3. Add yourself to the role/group that already has admin /view/ etc. (I honestly as a rule always add jira-admin or site-admin to every project I create under a role "Project Admin" and make sure that has the ability to do everything on the "Permissions" options. This way if I am asked to support a team I can do it quickly without wasting time messing with access everytime. )
