Problems with scope in Big Gantt

Hi All,

Sometimes, when creates a task in Jira, it takes a long time to appear in Gantt Diagram.

There is any mode to "refresh" Gantt program when create a task in Jira?

inside BG, pull down the Data menu and click 'Re-sync'

Thanks for your reply Ericka, but is this the only mode to see new task? Do we need to re-sync every time we create an issue?

yes, you'll need to re-sync , or it will also resync when you re-open the Gantt.

or you can use the + Task --> Create Task --> JIRA Task feature from within your Gantt, and it will sync over to JIRA on its own.  Drawback on that: you may not have access to all of the fields on the data entry screen.

Enter in your program created in BigGantt and configure it. Press the Syncronization label and verify you have checked the correct options according to your needs.
