Problems with migrating from Server to Cloud

I am using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant but I have get the message that I just can not figure out how to fix. The error message is:

2020-05-19 12:04:54.238 ERROR RP project-import We couldn't import Project RP. Reason: IllegalStateException: No message. This caused 687 other items to fail.

Could somebody help me?

I have the same problem. What is the solution?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if it's possible to send us a screenshot of the error.

I searched for errors on the logs and couldn't find anything related to migration. 

Also, just to make sure that we are on the same page, the site that you are trying to migrate is gxxxxs@atlassian.net?
