Problems with a jira filter and "is blocked by"

We are having problems with a jira filter, which has not been changed in a long time but it is today when it is not showing correct results.

JQL:
assignee = 5f5f3532aba9660071067b94 AND resolution = Unresolved AND status not in (Closed, Paused) AND (linkType is EMPTY OR linkType! = "problems with a jira filter" OR (linkType = "is blocked by" AND linkedIssueStatus = Completed)) AND fixVersion = earliestUnreleasedVersion ( )

I want to show all my unresolved tasks, from the most recent release and that are not blocked, and it is in the part of the locks where it fails, it is showing tasks that are blocked by unfinished tasks.

This filter worked correctly yesterday, for this reason I do not understand it.

This suggests that data has changed on the issues.

I would want to find an issue that should appear, but does not, and check its values against your query.  Similarly for an issue that is not there but you think should be.
