Problems to edit Custom Field (Insight Object)

Hi all,
Hope you are well.
I have a problem when I try to edit a Jira Custom Field (Insight Object Type). When I push Configure option, I can see the Configuration Scheme but when I press in Edit Insight Configuration, nothing happens. Other colleages, can see a window to edit the insight query, but for me this is not possible. Could be because I don't have enought permissions??? Thanks a lot in advance.
