Hi all,
I'm having a problem where when I close a sprint and start a new one, often times the old closed issues will re-appear in the next sprint. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
Matt
Are the reappearing issues in a status that is in the right-hand column on the board? And are they staying in status that is in that column later?
Yes, it usually happens with closed issues that are in the right-most column of the board.

Are their sub-tasks all closed too? If there are any?

Yes, a lot of times it'll just be a task or a bug that has no sub-tasks.

Sorry for the delay. What do you have for the board filter?

No worries, Nic. It's a simple filter that's just pulling in all the issues for the project. So that means closed issues stay in the sprint, which is okay. The problem is more that issues that were closed in past sprints are re-appearing in the current sprint.

So the filter is just project = X? (That's fine, it's just worth confirming)
Can you tell us what the board column configuration looks like, and show us the main view of one of the issues that has re-appeared (don't need custom fields and feel free to blank out or leave off summary and description.

Hi Nic,
Yes, the only filter is for the project.
The board columns I have are:
I can't pull a screenshot of one of the issues that reappeared because (un)fortunately there aren't any in this sprint. Not sure if the issue resolved itself or not, but I experienced this in previous sprints.
Thanks,
Matt
