Problem with disappearing issues on several boards

Maybe someone has a similar problem in one of the projects from time to time we have a problem with disappearing issues. It seems that some relations are lost on this specific project because when for example we go to edit the filter and copy a new filter and save it then suddenly all issues appears on the board.

Hi @Przemysław Ruszkowski , can you share details on your project/board? Is this a company or team managed project? Are you using a software or business project? Are you using Kanban or Scrum? Is there any info about these disappearing issues you can share, e.g. status, issue type, etc? Anything common about those that disappear?

Company, Software, Kanban, all types, all statuses. In my opinion, this is some kind of error on Jira's side, but I don't know if we can verify any logs for this board.

Can you share the board filter that you are using? A screenshot of the General view in board configuration would be great. If you have a good reason to believe this is a true bug then I definitely would report to Atlassian support so that they can login and have a look.
