Problem when editing "Incident design"

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When clicking on "field configuration" (see image 1) the next page that opens keeps loading and does not edit correctly, always showing an error indicating that the "database takes a little longer" (see image 2 ).
