Problem when adding re-open state

I have tried to add a re-open transition from stage Done but it didn’t allow me to add any transition so I copied original jira workflow that has and transition re-open but now when issue goes to stage “Interrupted” it also is in stage “Resolved” which I haven’t added. Also when I am in Jira issue and I click on view workflow then the visual representation is not adequate to my workflow!!!!

Any ideas????

Hey,

could you post a screenshot of your workflow?

And there is an open JIRA issue at least for your second question (thanks Manuel):
