I have a project with a custom field of single user type called "Usuari". When I search for issues the field search do not show all possible values in the basic search from.
But, surprisingly, it works with the advanced JQL search.
As the users of the project are not IT members, it'd be better for them that the basic search works.
Any ideas?
Are you using any field context for this custom field? Just make sure you using the same search parameters in basic and advanced search to troubleshoot the root cause
Hi @Muhammad Ramzan_Atlassian Certified Master_
Thanks for writing. There is just the default context for this field and no user filter. We need to see all active users of our organization in this search.

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens - In the basic search, the user will probably have to start with the first name and not another name within the user. So in this case, they will have to start typing Maria to see the list of names some up.
