Good Morning
Recently the company where I work adopted Jira as a tool for the management of Help Desk, however I could not configure the agent console and I could not manage the creation of a ticket. I created the queues and requests so I wanted to do a test. It will be that they have some material that I can consult to complete the action. Thank you
