Problem after importing Jira project

I was imported succesufully dashboard from another project but lost access to my current projects in account.

How to restore them?

I am sorry, but I don't understand parts of the question.

There is no "dashboard import" so I don't know what you have actually done.  There are project imports, but they have no effect on permissions for existing projects, so I'm still a bit stuck on what you have done

The only import action I can think of that would lose you "access" is a full system import from a backup.  If you've done one of those, you've not lost access to your existing projects, you've completely destroyed them - a full system import overwrites everything.
