Dear Support,
We have initially installed the Evaluation SEN-L15213231
Jira Server ID : BRDX-1K5J-YMR7-M7DX
I just have the license purchased online SEN-16460266, used
the above ID to activate SEN-16460266 license key and have it installed into our initial evaluation server. However the system still shows that the software is expired as in attached picture.
The initial setup date time was set as AD calendar (2020) and later converted to BE calendar (2563) to match our region use. I am not sure if this is the reason or not.
I wonder if it possible to have Jira Software removed and reinstall on the same server and use the same license key.
Hi @Shin ,
there is no need to reinstaller the server or remove Jira. The error shown here is because you have not yet copied the license key that you purchased.
You should go to your my.atlassian.com account and copy your commercial license there into the "License Key" line as show above in your screenshot.
This will validate the commercial license and remove the error message.
Let me know if this works,
--Alexis
Dear Alexis,
The screen I previously sent you was after I copied license key.
It didn't work. We have problem activating both Jira and Confluence.
Please kindly advise the next step. The following are screen shots after copying key in to License Key line.
1. Jira software (SEN-16460266)
AAABfw0ODAoPeNp9kl9rwjAUxd/7KQJ72WAttZMyhcKkzYOj1WG7Pe0lq1ebUdNwk7j57Zf+EZSpj ................
into "License key" The screen still shows that trial has expired
2. Confluence case (SEN-16460269) it shows that product key is not valid
Thank you,
-- Shin
