We have just migrated from one Atlassian Cloud space to another. The migration went well except for access to the plugin "Advanced Agile Boards".
We were using this plugin before migration. We reinstalled it on the new space, but the users we migrated do not have access to it. If we create new users in the new space, they can see “Agile Advanced Boards” in Jira, but the migrated users cannot.
How can we restore access to Advanced Agile Boards ?

For the best support with this query, I recommend reaching out to the app vendor. There are a few Marketplace apps with similar names, so I'm not 100% sure which one you're using, but you can search for it here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=advanced%20agile%20boards
Once you click on the Marketplace app that your organization is using, you should see a Support tab on the Marketplace listing page, which will inform you of the best way to reach out to the vendor for support.
