Problem Using Validator

We have added Comments as validators during the status change. But when the user tries to change the status it is showing all the fields on the popup. How can we only show the comment box during the status change?

Hi @Harish  You can do this easily, simply by inserting a Transition Screen for a transition on which you want to add comment and make Comment field required using Field Requried Validator. On transition screen , if you want to display any other field except Comment field, then no need to add any field on screen, insert blank transition screen. Comment box come by default.
