Priority to appear in all projects' Tasks

We've built extensive automation on top of JIRA Cloud, with integration with AWS Security Hub.

In doing so, we've again been reminded of how much we hate JIRA and its convoluted, opaque, over-engineered design and its confusing so-called "documentation", whose target audience clearly is masochists of the most self-hating kind.

Automation, which runs with admin rights, has problems finding certain fields: Summary, Description, but most of all Priority which doesn't appear in all Tasks.

How can we ensure that the Priority field is available, visible and mutable in all projects, regardless of whether these projects are of the "vintage" or the more modern type?

Please don't direct us to the documentation.

Automation will never have a problem finding Summary - you can't remove it.

For Description and Priority, all you need to do is stop hiding them in the field configuration.  You might want to check that they are placed on the create and edit screens too (but if they're not, that won't affect automation)
