I am looking for a report on SLA and I need the date priority of an issue is changed from normal to for example high, blocker etc. Is this stored in some field in Jira?
The issue history records all changes to issue data.
You can use the "was" and "changed" to search for priority changes, but the date is not stored as a field, so it's hard to report on.
Is there a way to track the amount of time spent on a high priority bug before it was changed to a different priority (such as Medium?)
