Priority Image intermitten display

We have a team managed project and for the about the last month the images displayed for the Priority field intermittently display.  You can refresh the browser window and they display properly but after you work on a few tickets, then start to slowly change. I am not sure where these are set and have no idea how to track down the actual problem.  Is anyone else having the same issue?

I hope you are doing well!  

This type of problem is usually related to network problems pulling the images down.  It can happen across any of the hops.  These images are typically stored on a CDN (which is closer the users so it tends to load faster than the typical server).  The fact after a refresh indicates the issue is somewhere with the network call I would suspect.  But it is difficult to tell where it might be problematic.  

You would likely want to capture a HAR file when the issue happens, from there you will be able to see what calls are made that are failing for these images and to where.  It might also help with how the calls are failing (if there is a really long load time or something).  This is likely the first step in trying to track this down.  

You also noted it starts to happen slowly over time, what does that mean?  For example, does that mean that one icon won't load properly and then the next time you load the interface 2 icons aren't loading?
