Price of some add-ons for JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket on Cloud

I do not see price for below mentioned Add-ons for JIRA on Cloud-

Portfolio for Jira for 1000 user team

Project Configurator for 1000 user team

SAML Single Sign On for Jira/Cofluence/BitBucket

Portfolio has changed to "advanced roadmaps".  To get them in Cloud, you need to go premium (but standard Cloud now has some roadmap functions in it)

As you can see from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211147/project-configurator-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview - it does not have a cloud version

For SAML sign on, there are a number of server/DC apps that you might mean, but for Cloud, you need Atlassian Access
