We have created automation rule which updates Read only fields automatically based on the multi select custom field value.
Ex: Multi select custom field value is "A"
Then update Read only type custom field_A value as "Yes"
update Read only type custom field_B value as "No"
update Read only type custom field_C value as "No"
etc...
Both Multi select custom field and read only fields are available on edit screen. Also we are using same screen for both Edit and View screen in jira ticket.
When we created automation, it was working without any error. But from pst 2 weeks its failing and no changes done from anyone.
Below are error we are facing.
Edited work item successfully, however some of the set fields aren't available. Fields ignored:
User-Not Applicable (customfield_16419), User-Acceptable (customfield_16420), User-Actions Completed (customfield_16418)
Above fields are available in jira ticket and context is set only to particular work type and project, Still we are facing the error.

Provide the required license, agent roles, edit permission to the Actor of the rule, or
change the actor of the rule to a user who has these permissions. For example user Automation for Jira.
