Upon checking with our Jira, there is only 1 admin and that admin is already resigned and suspended his account. Now the problem is no one from our organization is the admin thus we can't see the other modules like billing etc. Please help

Was your admin using an email address provided by your company?
If so, can your company reactivate the email address and enable another user to login with that address temporarily to be able to make another employee an Organization Admin?
If they cannot but a company email address was used, then you can open a case with the Billing Support team to get help having Atlassian give the Organization Admin, Billing, and Technical contact access to another company employee. Do that through their page at

After your company regains admin access, I strongly suggest that your company make it a policy to have multiple Organization Admins so that you don't find yourselves in this position again.
